Cookies
This site sets no cookie. It uses no local storage either: the calculators keep your inputs only in the page you are looking at, and in its address if you press "copy share link".
Why there is no consent banner
A banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary. Nothing of the kind happens here, so there is nothing to accept or refuse. The stability monitoring by Microsoft Clarity, described in the privacy policy, runs in a cookie-free mode and stores nothing on your device.
Check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools (F12 on most computers), go to the Application or Storage tab and look under Cookies and Local Storage for this site while using a calculator: both stay empty. The Network tab shows that typing a punch or changing the state sends no request; the hours are computed on your device.

Estimate only, not legal advice: hours and gross pay before taxes and deductions. The overtime split follows the federal rule or the state rule you pick; union contracts, alternative workweek schedules, exemptions and local ordinances can change it. Check your pay stub against your employer’s written workweek.
